The Training Fund sponsors Specialty Review courses for RNs who are pursuing certification in nursing specialty areas such as Critical Care, Emergency Room, Pediatrics, Medical Surgical, Labor and Delivery and others.
The classes, which prepare nurses to sit for certification exams and recertification, are provided by the 1199SEIU League of Registered Nurses Office of Continuing Education. Classes are free for 1199SEIU RNs who work for contributing employers.
