Eligibility

 

1199SEIU Child Care Funds:

Members are generally eligible for benefits if they:

• Are a regular full-time or part-time (at least 2/5 of a regular work week) employee at an institution that contributes to one of the Child Care Funds;
• Have passed a 90-day probationary period; and
• Are legally responsible for children newborn through 17 years of age.
• Complete an application during the registration period and submit all required documentation.
